What is Triple P

Who doesn't have an opinion about how to raise a child?. Everyone knows best but does it really work?   Take the guesswork out of parenting with Triple P - Positive Parenting Program.  Triple P is one of the few programs that has the evidence to back up its effectiveness with families.  Are you concerned about behaviours in your infant or teen?  Problems at mealtime or battles over curfew and everything in between? Triple P provides tips and strategies to help your family life improve and to take care of yourself as a parent.
