TRIPLE P – POSITIVE PARENTING PROGRAM

When you become a parent you’re expected to be an instant expert. But all parents struggle from time to time– and that’s where the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program can help.

Triple P is a world-acclaimed program that gives you the skills you need to manage misbehaviour and prevent problems from happening in the first place.  From toddler tantrums to a teenager’s defiance, from bedtime dramas to outright disobedience, Triple P helps you sort through the issues that affect families everywhere.

And you can be confident that Triple P works. It has more than 30 years of ongoing scientific research to back it up and is now used in 25 countries around the world.  Best of all it is free!

Who is Triple P for?

Triple P is for anyone caring for a child.  This can include parents, stepparents, foster parents, grandparents and professionals working with children.

With simple and practical strategies, parents develop strong and healthy relationships with their children. They learn to confidently manage their child's behaviours and to spot, solve and prevent conflicts. The support available is adapted for parents of children 0-12, parents of teenagers, and parents of children 0-12 with special needs.

If you are seeking guidance to deal with a specific situation or ideas to promote your child's healthy development, or if you have more complex family issues, Triple P can help you.  Because all families are different, Triple P has a range of ways to get your positive parenting program. Choose anything from single visit consultations, to public seminars; group courses, to private sessions.

Every family’s different, so we make it easy to choose the parenting support that fits your situation. You choose when, where, and how you want to do Triple P!
